The Management Services Network (MSN) is the billing and insurance management company for Drs. Groover, Christie & Merritt beginning August 1, 2011.
If you have any billing, insurance and payment inquiries for any service performed on or after August 1, 2011, please call The Management Services Network at 1-800-841-4236. If you would like to make a secure payment or change insurance information on file, please go to the Management Services Network website.
If you have any billing, insurance and payment inquiries for any service performed before August 1, 2011, please call The Health Care Management Group at 1-800-813-6536. Secure payments may be made online at the The Health Care Management Group website.

If you do not see your insurance carrier listed, please call our offices. We can accept most standard indemnity plans. Our customer service representatives are available to contact your insurance carrier to verify our eligibility to provide services.
